Our Physiotherapy service is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or looking to prevent future problems, our experienced physiotherapists are here to support you every step of the way.
We begin with a thorough assessment to accurately diagnose the cause of pain, reduced movement, or physical dysfunction. Using detailed movement analysis and specialised clinical tests, we create a personalised treatment plan based on the latest evidence-based practice.
Treatment may include tailored exercise programmes to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance, alongside hands-on manual therapy to relieve pain and stiffness. We also place a strong focus on education, giving you the knowledge and tools to manage your condition, improve posture, and reduce the risk of future injury.
Our physiotherapists support rehabilitation following surgery, accidents, or neurological events such as stroke, and help manage ongoing conditions including arthritis, asthma, and post-natal pain. We work collaboratively with you to restore function, build confidence, and achieve long-term results.
Physiotherapy is for everyone. We work with people of all ages and activity levels — from athletes and desk workers to older adults, helping you stay active, independent, and healthy.
We can help with:
- Back and neck pain
- Sports and work-related injuries
- Post-operative recovery
- Chronic and long-term conditions such as arthritis
- Neurological conditions including stroke
- Balance, mobility, and posture issues

Our sports massage therapy helps keep your body performing at its best — whether you're training, competing, or managing the physical demands of everyday life. Using targeted, evidence-informed techniques, it supports recovery, improves movement, and helps reduce the risk of injury.
By working on muscles, tendons, and connective tissue (fascia), sports massage improves flexibility and joint range of motion while relieving muscle tension, trigger points, and post-exercise soreness such as DOMS.
Improved circulation and lymphatic drainage support faster recovery, reduce fatigue, and help remove metabolic waste products. Regular treatment also plays a key role in injury prevention by identifying muscle imbalances and areas of overload early.
Sports massage offers psychological benefits too, helping to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and support mental focus and preparation for training or competition.
Types of Sports Massage
Pre-Event Massage - Designed to warm up muscles, increase flexibility, and prepare the body for performance.
Post-Event Massage - Aids recovery by reducing muscle soreness, stiffness, and fatigue after exercise or competition.
Maintenance / Restorative Massage - Regular treatment to maintain mobility, prevent injury, and support ongoing performance and wellbeing.
Suitable for athletes, gym-goers, and anyone with an active lifestyle, sports massage is an effective way to look after your body and stay one step ahead of injury.

Shockwave therapy is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment used to reduce pain and stimulate healing in persistent musculoskeletal conditions.
Using targeted acoustic pressure waves, shockwave therapy stimulates the body's natural healing response by increasing blood flow and metabolism, encouraging tissue repair, regeneration and helps reduce pain by decreasing inflammation and altering pain signalling. The treatment is effective at breaking down scar tissue, adhesions, and calcifications within tendons, helping to restore movement and function.
Conditions Commonly Treated
- Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
- Achilles tendinopathy
- Tennis elbow
- Calcific shoulder tendinitis
- Patellar tendinopathy (jumper's knee)
- Hip bursitis and tendinopathy
What to Expect
Treatment is delivered using a handheld device that applies a series of pulses to the affected area. Sessions are quick, typically lasting 15-30 minutes, with minimal downtime. Shockwave therapy is not suitable for everyone and is not recommended during pregnancy, for those under 18, with active infections, or taking certain blood-thinning medications. A full assessment will confirm whether it is appropriate for you. With reported success rates of 76%-95%, shockwave therapy offers a proven, evidence-based alternative to surgery and long-term pain medication.
